Capital Increase in AIR BELGIUM

Advising AVIATION INTERNATIONAL HOLDING SA in the structuring of the capital increase of new airline company AIR BELGIUM SA. The investment round included the Belgian State, the Walloon Region and Sabena Aerospace Engineering SA.
