Tanguy Gillain advises multinationals, SME’s and executive managers in business law matters. With over 15 years of experience, he provides strategic legal advice, drafts agreements, conducts negotiations, and represents clients in litigation before Belgian courts.

Tanguy also developed extensive experience in professional liability, advising on issues involving liberal professions (doctors, accountants, lawyers), construction professionals (including promotors, architects, contractors, and engineers), industrial risks (manufacturers and distributors), directors and executive managers (D&O).

Tanguy assists his clients with daily corporate and commercial matters (including corporate householding, trade and distribution practices, sales and rental agreements), working closely with other experts of the firm to provide tailored solutions for their business challenges and to support sustainable business growth.

A native bilingual in French and Dutch, Tanguy also works in English. He is recognised by clients as a passionate lawyer who combines legal rigour with practical insight.
