The position:

We are looking for a driven Associate Lawyer with at least two years of experience in corporate law and a particular interest in insurance and liability law, for our office in Brussels.

What will you do?

• Work on cases in various areas of business law such as commercial and contract law, and distribution law.
• Closely collaborate with insurer clients regarding the professional liability of companies, for example in construction projects and the production and sale of products and services.
• Assist our clients in legal proceedings and expert assessments, and draft contracts and opinions on applicable legislation.

Your profile:

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate law.
• A thorough knowledge of Dutch is required, and a good knowledge of French and English is a plus.
• A team player who can also work independently, meticulously, and in the interest of the client.
• Professional, committed, and highly motivated.
• Analytically minded, working accurately and punctually.
• Experience with procedures and pleading, as well as additional training, is a plus.
