For over 35 years Ariane counsels Belgian and international clients on general commercial issues as well as on complex contractual matters and the drafting of all types of commercial agreements (sales, leases, distribution, agency agreements, franchise, commercial co-operation agreements, license agreements, national and international agreements, guarantees, etc.).

She has developed solid experience in general contract law, starting from the conclusion of agreements, the execution and enforcement of contractual obligations to the termination of agreements and different kinds of liability and claims for compensation. She assists the clients in the development of complex networks and strategies of distribution adapted to their specific needs and in accordance with the national rules and European laws, for all kinds of sectors ( cars, fashion, toys, food, furniture, medical and paramedical devices, …).
Ariane treats all kinds of litigation before the Belgian courts and arbitral tribunals and has also appeared before the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. Her commercial law and distribution law practices received extensive market recognition and she is thus solicited as speaker at universities, the Bar institutions and several professional organizations.
