Emma Murueta Goyena has a large experience in International commercial agreements.

She has a  experience of more than 16 years in drafting and negotiating distribution and agency agreements for multinational companies, advising clients on EU anti-trust rules applicable to distribution agreements and managing clients’ distribution networks on a worldwide basis.

She also advises franchisors on drafting and negotiating franchise agreements, manages franchisors’ networks and handles trademark and other IP Rights portfolios for franchisors on a worldwide basis.
